Human anti-TNFα antibody was developed in Fab’form, which helped a rapid distribution. Pegylation of antibody fragments without Fc can prolong the half life of Fab’and preserve high affinity as well.

We establish an efficient prokaryotic expression and purification  process in order to reduce the cost in the future.
